This Refund Policy applies to all admissions, enrollments, and services offered by D’Code Gurukul – IT Training & Placement Support Institute, located at 20, 2nd Floor, The Mumbai Clinic, Sukkh Shanti Nagar, Bicholi Hapsi Road, Near Bengali Square, Indore (M.P). By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy
All fees paid towards admission, courses, or services at D’Code Gurukul are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances, except where mandated by the applicable laws of India.
2. Rescheduling of Classes
In case of class cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability, technical issues, or unavoidable events), D’Code Gurukul will ensure rescheduling of classes. However, no refunds will be provided in such cases.
3. Installments & Payment Defaults
Failure or delay in paying installments may result in the immediate suspension of classes.
Continuous non-payment or inappropriate behavior towards staff/mentors may lead to termination of enrollment without any refund.
4. No Job Guarantee
D’Code Gurukul provides job assistance only and does not guarantee placements. No refunds or compensation shall be entertained on the grounds of employment or career outcomes.
5. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
