1. Eligibility
1.1 Students must be 16 years of age or older to enroll in any program offered by D’Code Gurukul.
1.2 Candidates below 18 years of age require parental or guardian consent for enrollment.
2. Enrollment & Payments
2.1 Admission to any program is confirmed only upon successful payment of the required fees.
2.2 All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
2.3 Students are required to clear fees and installments on or before the specified due dates.
3. Placement Assistance Disclaimer
3.1 D’Code Gurukul provides job assistance only, which may include mentorship, mock interviews, HR development, and referrals.
3.2 The institute does not guarantee employment or salary packages. Students are solely responsible for their performance during hiring processes.
4. Attendance & Discipline
4.1 Regular attendance in classes, workshops, and training sessions is mandatory.
4.2 Students must maintain professional behavior and respect towards staff, mentors, and peers.
4.3 Misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination without refund.
5. No Refunds / No Compensation Clause
5.1 All payments made towards any course, program, or service are strictly non-refundable.
5.2 No monetary compensation, credit, or adjustment will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Non-satisfaction with course content or delivery
Placement outcomes
Technical or connectivity issues
Withdrawal of enrollment by the student
5.3 By enrolling, students acknowledge that D’Code Gurukul is an educational service provider, not an employment agency.
6. Termination Policy
6.1 D’Code Gurukul reserves the right to terminate enrollment without refund if a student:
Fails to pay fees/installments on time
Misbehaves with staff, mentors, or fellow students
Misuses the name, brand, or resources of the institute
Violates any terms of this agreement
7. Student Data Usage
7.1 By enrolling, students consent to the use of their contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email) for communication, academic updates, promotions, and placement assistance.
7.2 Student data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
8.Promotions & Testimonials
8.1 D’Code Gurukul may use student photographs, testimonials, feedback, and project work for promotional purposes across digital and offline platforms.
8.2 Students who do not wish to be featured must provide a written request at the time of enrollment.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of India.
9.2 Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
10.Force Majeure
10.1 D’Code Gurukul shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or technical failures.
Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any program offered by D’Code Gurukul, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
